I want to begin sharing our village experience by way of video. I also have plenty of pictures to share, but it will take me a while to get it all together. For now, I hope you enjoy these.
I got some great video of the Ministry of Hope choirs in Matapila. Actually, visually, they aren't that great, as there is no electricity, and it was raining, but the sound is really good. I hope you enjoy these. I heard one of these orphan choirs sing more than 2 years ago. I remember it being so beautiful, and now, 2 years later, it is still so pleasing to my ears. In fact, the orphans at Matapila are probably responsible for my wanting to move to Africa in the first place.
The first three videos are of the Matapila Ministry of Hope choir singing at the outreach program that we did last Wednesday out in the village.
This video is of the Ministry of Hope choir at the feeding center in Katonda. It is only about 3 miles away from the Matapila center.
