Dan, Beth and Elijah are doing very well. Despite soreness and sleepiness, Beth is enjoying being a mom and Dan has discovered that Elijah likes his dad's singing.
They made it through the night together, with Elijah up often, wanting to cuddle and nurse. He nurses well but sometimes will fall asleep while eating. His little spit ups have decreased so that's been better. He is so sweet and we are just so happy that he's here and that everything is over now and we can enjoy him. Our brother Jesse is here, and has enjoyed holding Elijah, too. Mom is still at the other Bethany's birth. When she got to their house last night, labor stopped so everyone was able to get a good night's sleep. The little guy was born today and Mom is excited to get back to her new grand baby!
Sorry for the delay in posts yesterday. Things were super busy around here and it wasn't until late last night that I realized that I never posted an update. Everything has slowed down though and we're enjoying catching up on eating, sleeping, bathing and hanging out!
