Jean Mupata is the wonderful lady who took over my Reception class when I left back in March. She was four months pregnant when I left and was due in August. I just received an email saying that Jean had to be taken to Nkhoma (a hospital about an hour outside of Lilongwe) because her blood pressure was high. The doctors couldn't get Jean's blood pressure down, so they had to perform an emergency C-section. Please pray for Jean and the baby. Also, pray for her husband and for her children as they seek to care for Jean and the new baby.
