Eli is still too insecure to completely walk on his own. He has officially taken steps, just a few at a time. We aren't worried though because we know he is very close.
While he isn't quite walking, Eli is officially talking! He says "dada" and "uh oh". It's so cute!!! He only says dada when he sees Dan or if Dan isn't in the room but he can hear him talking. He says "uh oh" when anything falls (or is thrown by him) off of the dining room table. I have a hard time disciplining him for throwing things onto the floor, because I know he is doing it to show off his speech skills.

We had a very long "uh oh" phase and a very long throwing things off the table phase (despite the disciplining). I guess it is just so fun to watch things fall. Oh, and to watch our dog eat it all up! Arrgghhh
