Summer in Seattle

Summers have gotten much hotter here in Seattle. Thankfully, this city is fully equipped with sprinkler parks and shady playgrounds. We've had a blast enjoying ourselves. Eli has had so much fun getting dirty. Oh, and he had his first taste of sand last night. He's eaten dirt plenty of times, but I think he actually prefers sand.




There are some really cool digger toys at the park. It's hard to share them with the kids. Dan felt really proud about being able to dig the truck out of the sand.




Eli has been very interested in climbing lately. His latest challenge: a car.





We wrap up each day with a bath. Eli has never had so many baths in one week, almost one a day!
