I haven't had access to the Internet in a while. The story is that our antena was stollen (or moved, or misplaced?) and so I have NO idea when we will have Internet again. Currently, Dan and I are at a little Internet Cafe, swetting our pants off in the 100 degree weather, so I'm going to make this one short.
This weekend is our 2 year anniversary. We had planned to go away for the weekend, but our budget wouldn't allow it. Actually, it is probably better that we are at home. It has been so wonderful to spend Thanksgiving with the other families on campus. As well, it is always nice to just relax and not venture out into the scary world of Malawian traffic (goats, ox and carts, bikes, etc.). We are taking it easy, and remember all of the many bessing to be thankful for. For those of you who have walked with Dan and I since the beginning of our relationship, you would all probably be shocked at how different we are now. You need to know that our Lord and Savior is capeable of anything! He has really changed us so much, even over these two short years. We are so thankful, especially for the time we have been given here in Malawi. We have had so much time together, to grow in love and trust and to learn how to fight the 'healthy' way. Of course, we are no where near perfect yet, but it is so obvious to us that the Lord has been working in our marriage, and we are so thankful for His grace on us. Thankyou to those who are specifically praying for our relationship. The Lord has heard your prayers, and so you should all join with us in giving Him the glory.
Thank you for your encouragement and support, for taking interest in the Lord's work in Malawi and in Africa as a whole. I will write more when I can. Of course, I have many pictures to share from our International Day which we celebrated on Thursday at school. Hopefully things will be worked out with our internet. In the mean time, God bless you all.
