Christmas program at ABCCA!

Last Thursday night, we held a Christmas Program in the gym, put on by the Academy. It was so cute, and surprisingly, my kids were so good! I thought they would be bored out of their minds, and some of them were, but I didn't have to give that many stern looks from the bleachers. They payed attention and did their part. Anyways, here are some pictures from the program.

My kids are on the front row. Yeah, they were looking around a little bit, but they did pretty well!
Here is the Christmas banner that we had worked on so hard. It took about 2 weeks to get it done. We were supposed to decorate our banner in a way that represents a German Christmas. you can see outside the windows, there are little ginger bread houses that the kids colored. Then, we have the trees with their green hand prints on them for the branches. They also each colored a candle to decorate the tree with, and at the top it says "Frohe Weihnachten!" which is Merry Christmas in German. They hung up all the banners from each grade to decorate the gym. It looked so great.
