Accepted!!

Well, Beth and I got a voice mail last night, and it was from the admissions representative at Covenant Seminary. I have been accepted into Seminary! I was never quite wringing my wrists over it, but when I heard that I was accepted I was so overjoyed that I start tearing up a little bit. It is the fulfillment of my desire to study theology since I was 16. So, I can apply for financial aid, and start online classes almost right away!!!!! So I will be arranging all the materials for my distance classes before we go back to Malawi for the next school year.
I guess now I have a clear taste of what Beth went through when we decided to move to Malawi. She had applied for admission at UW, and we were pretty sure she was going to get in. We decided to move and follow the Lord, and then 2 weeks or a month later she got her acceptance letter from UW. It was sad to see her give up such a big hope; and yet really beautiful to see her desire to follow the Lord. (She is so lovely.)
Well, that is a little snippet from our lives, and we are EXCITED!
