We had a pretty good day today, resting, eating and growing! My milk has come in, and Elijah is loving it! All he wants to do is eat! He has gotten that adorable little drunken look after he eats and totally passes out. Dan and I got a few hours of sleep last night, so that was great. I let Dan sleep in today in hopes that he will be able to be up more with Elijah tonight. Of course, only I can feed him, but it's been nice to have Dan to burp and change him once he has eaten. It gives me a few more minutes of sleep.
I am starting to feel a little better. It's still hard for me to get up and down, and to walk around. My muscles are sooo sore! It's been difficult to breathe as I think I really worked out my lungs during the birth. It has been wonderful, though just resting and holding our little guy, staring at him and simply obsessing over him.

what a sweetie! He looks so tiny next to Amos which is weird b/c we're all so used to Mo being the littlest thing around!

Good to hear your milk came in...I love that milk drunk face! It's so fun. Caitlin used to fall asleep while eating too, when it was important that she eat enough. Steve was the king at waking her up... he'd tickle her or pick her up swing her. It was harder when I was by myself. I found a great trick that woke her up every time... I would reach down and lick her and then blow on her. Worked every time. =)
