Updates, one day at a time : Wednesday December 5

Last Wednesday was a big day for my kids (as well as their parents). For the past 2 terms (about 3 months), my kids have been taking swim lessons during school on Wednesdays. The Academy has a wonderful swimming pool that is very new to the campus. We have a swim team at the school, but there are also other swim teams and events that use the pool. It's a pretty cool thing.

Anyways, last Wednesday, we had our Reception 2 Swimming Gala, which was basically a time where the parents could come and see how their child has either learned to swim, or how much they have improved their swimming skills through the program. The kids were so excited to show off their moves, and it gave me an opportunity to get some good pictures of them swimming together.

Below is a picture of Daniella and Isabella. Daniella (with the goggles) is quite the ham, and Bella is just as sweet as an angel.

Here are some of my kids who are still learning to blow bubbles, kick well and go under the water. That is why they are in the baby pool. Soon, though, they will graduate to the big pool!!! Actually, some of them had a turn in the big pool that day.

Here is the other half of my class learning to kick and swim, most of them without noodles or floaties!
