Valentine's Day

Dan and I had a blast this year on Valentine's Day. I got a bucket of roses from Dan! The 9th grade sells them for really cheap as a fund raiser.

The Evans were so awesome and watched Eli so that Dan and I could have a lunch date. We had so much fun, and I was able to relax knowing that Eli was in good hands and having a great time with Bech and Marley. While at lunch, we saw numerous small families similar to our own. Although we adore Elijah, we were both thankful to have had the opportunity to talk instead of juggling a baby the whole time. The picture above is us on our way to our date.

Our evening was relaxing and even romantic. We took a long walk around campus in the cool evening air (well, cool for us). We had electricity long enough to cook dinner, and then it was candles for the rest of the night.

Elijah had a romantic candle lit bath time on Valentine's Day.
